Yeah, the random wiring of the brain seems to even have an effect on behavior. Idk which brain regions are interchangeable but a good portion devolop with specific functions and can very rarely change roles fully. And I was not implying weather effects behavior, it was just an analogy for behavior. Weather is predictable(sorta) but at the end of the day we sometimes have to throw our hands up in the air and say we don’t know how weather or the brain is doing what it’s doing.
